The rooms are lovely looking and perfect for a multi-night stay. the staff is genuinely helpful and very friendly. the breakfast is enjoyable with complimentary wifi and a wide variety of options.

That hotel was in a good location, in a quiet neighbourhood. Moreover, it was short walk to the main train station which was in the center of town, and eateries from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella drop off location. The rooms were exceptionally clean and updated overall. The meals in the bar were outstanding.

The location in a very quiet area was great, with a market and chemist's nearby. Everything was excellent and within a 15-minute drive of Peretola airport.- The staff was accommodating and pleasant, providing us with an efficient check-in process.

The setting was marvellous, adjacent to the center station, the motorways and / from center of Florence. The staff were super-friendly and accommodating, doing great job. I asked for king room and it was airy;))

We loved the Hydromassage pool with the waterfall! It was the best part of the hotel. We booked an executive room and had access to the 15th floor's Club facility where we enjoyed breakfast and "happy hour"cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was state-of-the-art. We would definately stay there again.

We left the window open for ventilation while we went to dinner and the room was filled with mosquitoes when we returned. We were both badly bitten. The next night we had the front desk turn the a/c lower so we could leave the window shut.

The place is conveniently located in the center, with very friendly and helpful staff always at hand, offering a spacious upgraded room equipped with an iron and ironing board, as well as a relaxing whirlpool.

There is no free internet, or in areas of the hotel. Also, the desk clerk, when extended my daily for another day, do not tell me you would have to pay part of the breakfast (15 euros per person) and was extremely rude when he said he was not warned of the fact )

The room was nicely updated, airy, and included amenities like an iron with ironing board and a whirlpool. The staff was attentive and responsive to requests.- The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station.

There were what can only be described as pee stains in the bathroom. The electronic blind system did not work and we were awakened at 5:30am as bright sunshine poured directly into our room. We had to argue with the front desk women for a breakfast as compensation which was the absolute least they could have done.

Everything was excellent, had a wonderful stay for more than one night. The breakfast was very very good and marvellous with complimentary wifi and many varieties, as example, the restaurant was good. The place was nearby a tram station.
